JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2019 This matter has come up under the heading "To be mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that in prayer portion of the bail petition the name of the Court was wrongly typed as "Additional District and Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani" in place of "Additional District and Sessions Judge V-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga" and accordingly the same mistake crept up in the order dated 19.04.2019, whereby this petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

Accordingly, let the name of the Court mentioned in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25340 of 2019(3) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 the order dated 19.04.2019 be read as"Additional District and Sessions Judge V-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga" in place of "Additional District and Sessions Judge II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani". The order dated 19.04.2019 stands modified to the above extent.
