JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). That this Application is for issuance of an appropriate Writ/ Order/Direction for Cancellation of entire Selection List as well as Appointment letters of all so called successful candidates against the post of Tutor (Nursing)

Patna High Court CWJC No.5314 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 under Health Department, prepared and published in the light of Advertisement No. 1/2022. Tutor (Nursing) issued by the Respondent No. 5 under सं. सं. 03/परी. B.T.S.C.- 127/2022/921 dated 10.04.2023.

(ii). That the concerned Respondent be further directed to issue a Fresh Selection List of candidates according to the Terms and Conditions laid down in the aforesaid Advertisement.

(iii). That during pendency of the present writ application one post of Tutor (Nursing) be kept in abeyance."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
