The petitioner no. 1 being the husband of the informant and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 being parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which processes were directed to be issued after cognizance being taken under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue has been reconciled and at present the informant is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42772 of 2014 (2) dt.02-03-2015 residing with petitioner no. 1. Learned counsel for the informant does not oppose the prayer of the petitioners and admits that at present the informant is residing with petitioner no. 1. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
