The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 51 of 2008 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that after investigation charge sheet was submitted and against opposite party no. 3 and final form has been submitted against the petitioner, which has been accepted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate vide order dated 29.01.2009. However, on revision case has been remanded back to the Chief Judicial

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Pali P.S. Case no. 51 of 2008 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
