The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 429 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
