This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Some miscreants were arrested on suspicion that they were preparing to commit dacoity. From their possession fire arms and cartridges were recovered. They disclosed that the petitioner was co-culprit and fled away. The petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2016.
Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Bhagalpur, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
