Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.200 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.77072 of 2019 on 06.03.2020 (Annexure -1). The fresh ground of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned 15th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with
