The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that while he was going to see his field, he was intercepted by Ramji, Krishna (petitioner), Sukul and Vinay near the shop of one Jawahar Singh, it is next alleged that the accused persons started abusing him and on orders of Krishna, the accused started assaulting him and thereafter Sintoo fired

No.20152 of 2022(2) dt.26-09-2022 2/3 causing injury on right eye of Jawahar Lal, Satya fired causing injury on back of Amal and Vinay fired causing injury to Manoj and Pradyuman fired causing injury on right hand of Chhotelal, it is further alleged that Sukul Yadav snatched golden locket worth Rs. 15,000/- and rest of the accused also assaulted by fist.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that there is specific allegation against the accused persons of assaulting the informant and firing but then as far as this petitioner is concerned, against him allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the
