JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the sister of the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family. The petitioner got married in 1979 and she is living her life at her matrimonial house in the district of Buxar, but simply she has been roped in the present case since she happens to be sister of the husband of the informant.

No.35264 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.45 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
