2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 329(3), 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 (Sabir) is alleged to have abused informant's mother and handed over iron rod to petitioner no. 2 (Raja), who assaulted informant's mother, causing injury on her head, whereas, petitioner no. 1 is further alleged to have snatched gold chains worth Rs. 50,000/- each from the neck of informant's wife and informant's sisterin-law.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are next door neighbours and due to dispute between children of both families, the quarrel took place, in which, informant and others sustained injury. Rest of the allegation is ornamental. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Hiramma P.S. Case No. 3 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
