JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). For issuance of writ / writs, order / orders, direction/directions including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to establish a Mini Anganbari Centre in Harijan Tola of Village- Tenduni Tola, Gram PanchayatBarahari, P.S.- Kargahar, District- Rohtas as per scheme of Bihar Government, which provides that where the population of the Schedule Caste is less than 400 and in between 150 to 400 a Mini Anganbari Centre is to be established on priority

Patna High Court CWJC No.5313 of 2024(2) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 basis but the Respondent has been established a Mini Anganbari Centre for B.C. Category Bhokhari in place of Tenduni Tola and the petitioner is eligible for the post of Anganbari Sevika. She may be selected as per accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the District Programme Officer, District-Rohtas at Sasaram, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
