This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that accused persons created forged and fabricated document to grab the land of the informant which was settled in his favour with the issuance of purcha by the concerned Circle Officer.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42642 of 2014 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 purely a civil dispute between the parties. While denying the allegation, as contained in the complaint petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that undue pressure is being mounted in view of admitted civil dispute between the parties. Keeping in view the submissions, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Sour Bazar PS case No. 57/2014, subject to condition as laid down u/s 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
