2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 11.12.2024 whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024 the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to the petitioner's unavailability in the State, he couldn't surrender within the stipulated period of time.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21328 of 2025(2) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

5. The order dated 11.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83147 of 2024 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
