Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanpatia P. S. case no. 123/2018 registered under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
According to the prosecution case itself, alleged recovery was made from Bhusali of Jugal Mahto. Although informant claims that he got secret information that it were petitioner and co-accused who had kept the seized liquor in Bhusali of Jugal Mahto but except the above stated secret information, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57289 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran in Chanpatia P.
