The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 459 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/323/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the nature of dispute, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.30832 of 2021(5) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Darbhanga, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 459 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
