This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S.Case nO.267 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30, 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of huge quantity of liquor i.e. 6000 ltrs. from the vehicle. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was Khalasi of the truck and he has nothing to do with the seized articles and another c0-accused person who has also been arrested from the spot, has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 20.9.2018 passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60346 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Cr. Misc. No.57291 of 2018 after completion of three months in custody. The petitioner has clean antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that another co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, as such let the petitioners above named be released on bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S.Case No.267 of 2018 after completion of three months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) only. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
