JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-10-2020 Heard Mr. Surendra Kishore Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Birendra Kumar, learned counsel for Opposite Party No. 2. The State is represented by learned APP.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.) P. S. Case No. 158 of 2019 dated 08.03.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 498 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the parties have unanimously stated that both the spouses are ready to

In view of the aforesaid stand of the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is hereby confirmed. He shall remain on the same bail bonds. However, if the petitioner refuses to bring back his wife to her matrimonial home or would ill treat her, it would be open for Opposite Party No. 2 to file an application before the court below for cancellation of the anticipatory bail.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
