2. The petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2015 in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 744 of 2005 for the alleged offences under Sections 304, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dain Control Act, 1999.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the accusations are general and omnibus in nature and no specific act is attributed to the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
