JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent authorities concerned to pay the difference of salary of promoted post of pipe line inspector to the petitioner.

(b). For issuance of an appropriate writ or direction to pay the difference of salary from pipe line mistry to pipe line inspector from 1.3.2006 till date to the petitioner with interest at current market rate.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18223 of 2014(2) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 (c). For issuance of any other appropriate writ/order to which the petitioner is found entitled in the particular facts and circumstances of the case including second & third ACP which is due with the authorities concerned."

Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
