The petitioner seeks bail in Kako P.S. case No. 65 of 2018 registered under Section 323, 324, 307 and some other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of Arms Act.

The informant named the petitioner and 19 other accused persons and alleged that they all were harvesting mustard crops from his field and on being forbidden the accused persons assaulted the informant, his brother and nephew. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Ramji Yadav with Garasa on his head. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ramji Yadav got two lacerated wounds and both the injuries are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61370 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 simple in nature. On account of land dispute the occurrence took place.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Ramji Yadav and Ramji Yadav got only two simple injuries, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Rajak, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. case No. 65 of 2018.
