2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute between the parties. The complaint has been filed after an inordinate delay of more than two months on 22.02.2016 for the alleged occurrence of 05.12.2015, a day prior to the date fixed in Ekma P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015 before the concerned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31498 of 2016 (2) dt.08-08-2016 Magistrate at Chapra instituted at the instance of the petitioner's mother against the complainant.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
