Three occupants of a motorcycle on account of their suspicious activities attracted attention of the police whereupon, they all began to flee and during course thereof, petitioner along with Aakash were apprehended while Azmad managed to escape. From the seizure list it is evident that the motorcycle was seized near railway crossing, north to Goraul Railway Station and a copy thereof has been served upon the petitioner, alone. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 and is under custody since 23.03.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner Manish Kumar @ Manish Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.
