The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 531 of 2016 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case in between the parties. The injuries, as sustained by the informant, are found simple in nature, which would appear from Annexure-9. Moreover, in the alleged occurrence, both the parties have received injures. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4150 of 2017 (3) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 531 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
