Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and with a further direction that for a period of four weeks, status quo existing as on today, qua the service conditions of the petitioner shall be maintained in order to enable the petitioner to file an application for interim relief

Patna High Court CWJC No.6917 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 along with the main petition before the appellate authority so that the application for interim relief can be decided by the appellate authority expeditiously, preferably within a period of one week from filing of the same.
