In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the Informant was coming out from the bank with money, two persons on motorcycle came and snatched the amount, alarm was raised, the people assembled and caught hold the petitioner with money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some unknown criminals had snatched the money as while he was fleeing away, he had thrown away the money and, merely on suspicion, the petitioner has been arrested but, the First

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32501 of 2016 (2) dt.19-08-2016 Information Report itself shows that the petitioner was identified to have involved in the snatching of the money and, later on, he was apprehended at the spot.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Ramashish Kharwar @ Ramu Kharwar is rejected.

The petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after one year of his judicial custody.

The court below is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 expeditiously preferably within a period of one year of judicial custody of the petitioner.
