JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 28-09-2016 Pursuant to the order dated 14.09.2016, the Superintendent of Police (Rural), Patna is present in the Court. He has stated that earlier he was not aware about the development of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2010. However, after receipt of the Court's order dated 14.09.2016, he has personally looked into the matter and called for an explanation from the SHO concerned. He has also submitted that by now all the witnesses on behalf of the prosecution have been produced before the court and after their examination and crossexamination, they have been discharged.
