2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Halai P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, Rs. 2,45,000/-, ATM cards etc., have been looted by unknown persons.

4. The informant has identified the petitioner in the T.I.P. and the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2024. Petitioner has three criminal antecedents also.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
