2. This Court vide order dated 04.09.2023 directed the counsel for the petitioner to get necessary instructions from his client as to whether he has already approached the DRAT, Allahabad in Regular Appeal No. 245 of 2018.

3. Even today when the matter is called out, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the matter has already become infructuous as the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.10843 of 2015(6) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 has already approached the DRAT, Allahabad seeking redressal of his grievances.

5. Having regard to the above, the present Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
