The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 10 of the Bihar School Examination Board Act.
It is alleged that one Vivek Kumar was appearing on the place of the petitioner at Bihar Secondary School Examination.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not aware about Vivek Kumar appearing in his place and even assuming the accusation at best offence under Section 419 IPC is made out which is bailable and non-grant of bail will jeopardize the career of the petitioner.

No.34416 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 164 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
