The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 472, 385, 387, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is member of NGO, Champa Mahila Shil Kala Kendra. During investigation, none has stated that informant has been wrongly implicated by the petitioner in any criminal case. The dispute between the parties is civil in nature. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3823 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Birendra Prasad, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhabhua in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
