Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 376, 120B and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Although it is alleged that petitioner participated in kidnapping of the informant(victim) but victim levelled allegation of rape only against co- accused Chandan Kumar Singh who happens to be son of the petitioner.

Moreover, there is delay of near about 26 days in lodging the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge I-cum-
