In response thereto, Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj submitted a report dated 10.07.2025 based on the information furnished by Station House Officer, Bijaipur apprising this

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.260 of 1998(10) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 Court that the sole appellant namely, Ram Bhajan Choudhary has died on 03.05.2020 during pendency of this Criminal Appeal.

4. In view of the above, the instant Criminal Appeal filed by appellant, namely Ram Bhajan Choudhary stands abated.
