Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. As a matter of fact, the parties are agnates and there is admitted land dispute between them. Moreover, similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24621 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 order dated 11.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60591 of 2018. Learned counsel has produced web copy of the order. Let it be kept on record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Clas, Katihar in connection with Manihari P.S.
