The petitioners seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that three unknown persons committed theft of three Televisions from the pick-up Van. Co-accused Ravi Kumar was arrested and he disclosed the name of the petitioners. Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioners and the petitioners are in custody since 27.11.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 309 of 2016.
