JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 10-04-2024 The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64946/2023 to the extent of correcting the name of petitioner no.2 and also to extend the period to surrender. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the aforesaid order, the name of petitioner no.2 has been wrongly mentioned as 'Sunita Devi' in place of 'Sumitra Devi'. The same was wrongly mentioned in the petition and now the correct name of the petitioner no.2 is mentioned in the vakalatnama and the copy of Aadhar.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 23.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64946/2023 is modified to the extent that in the order-sheet at cause-title portion, the name of petitioner no.2 be read as "Sunita Devi @ Sumitra Devi".

Further, in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.763 of 2022, pending in the court of learned ACJM-XIV, Patna, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- each in the Victim Compensation Fund. 5.

The order dated 23.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64946/2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be read along with the order dated 23.01.2024. 6.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
