In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 68 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 147, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i) (x) SC/ST Act.

The petitioner while crossing the road met with the victim and because of the narrow path, hot discussion took place. The accused person gave a call to his relative whereupon they came, surrounded the victim, wrapped napkin around the neck of the victim and dragged him due to which he became unconscious and also his body was thrown in the field.

There is a case and counter case from both sides.

No.42092 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 68 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C. and also subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
