Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant claims that co-accused, Premshila Devi and Nawal Kishore Pandey got executed forged sale deed in respect of his land and so far as petitioner is concerned, he happens to be witness on the aforesaid sale deed. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the criminal court has got no right to declare a sale deed illegal and

Although, learned counsel appearing for the informant opposed the prayer but considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S.
