====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Khajauli P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B)/34 and Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased.

From the written report it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 16.01.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19202 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Madhubani, in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners.
