ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2018 in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No.26 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature and that the alleged recoveries were made from the cow-shed of the petitioner and not from his conscious possession, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
