Petitioner is an accused in connection with Rupuspur P.S. Case No. 522 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case.
