Petitioner seeks bail in Gawalpara (Arar OP) P.S. Case No.34 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. He is in custody since 19.06.2018. The police arrested the petitioner and recorded his confessional statement. There is no recovery from his conscious possession. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55534 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Gawalpara (Arar OP) P.S.
