Petitioner seeks bail in Bhabhua P.S. Case No.496 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner.

In the written report, it is alleged that co-accused, Sushil Kumar, has kidnapped the daughter of the informant. Petitioner is said to be the brother of co-accused Sushil Kumar. He is in custody since 20.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55511 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No.496 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
