JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects as pointed out by office within four weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

This modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 23.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6273 of 2020 by which the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been allowed in connection with Jalalpur P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31458 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 Case No. 182 of 2019.

Considering the averments made in the application, the pandemic situation which is going on since the month of March, 2020 till date and the various kinds of hindrances coming in the way of the litigants, this Court extends the period for submission of bail bonds by four weeks from today. If the petitioners surrender and submit the bail bonds within four weeks from today, they will be given the benefit of the order dated 23.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6273 of 2020. Rest of the order shall remain intact.

It is made clear that no further modification application will be entertained.
