The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

68 bags of wheat were seized while being loaded on a pick-up van. The wheat was being shifted from the godown of the petitioner, who is Ex-PDS dealer. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the wheat is not of P.D.S. supply as on the date of the seizure the petitioner was not PDS dealer. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the
