The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. One country made loaded Katta as well as one live cartridge and mobile phone were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he was caught by the police. The informant claims that petitioner and other accused had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner is in jail custody since 08.03.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
