JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Andaramath P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. The First Information Report is against unknown. The name of petitioner has come in confessional statement of co-accused Parmeshwar Yadav @ Petrol Yadav. Thereafter, petitioner has been remanded in the instant case. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 1.4.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.55499 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Distt. Madhubani, in connection with Andaramath P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
