This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 472 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 312, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is not named as an accused and he has been made accused after four years of the occurrence. In this case, initially the F.I.R., was filed by the informant alleging therein that the petitioner had married her but against the wishes of his family members and he had gone missing and thereafter the present case was registered.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
