2.The present MJC is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 21.12.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4269 of 2021.

3. Direction is for consideration of petitioner's request within a period of two months from the date of petitioner's appearance. The petitioner had complied the directions of this Court in submission of the representation and his appearance on 10.01.2022.

4. The respondents have taken their own time in complying the order, in other words almost for about one year. Therefore, the respondents have committed contempt with reference to compliance on 19.06.2023. Instead of taking initiate contempt proceedings, we thought it is sufficient to impose cost on the respondent. The cost is quantified at Rs. 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand). The cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, MJC stand dropped.

6. In the event of non-payment of the cost by the respondent to the petitioner within the time limit stipulated, the petitioner is at liberty to file interlocutory application to revive the present order.
