2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 to 10 by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9892 of 2021(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 the learned A.D.J. Ist, Lakhisarai vide orders dated 15.09.2018, 17.09.2018 & 19.09.2018 passed in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.84 of 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition becomes infructuous, therefore, the same may be disposed of.
