2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 392 of 2023, instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant was subjected to torture and cruelty by her husband and other inlaws. It is alleged that mother-in-law of the informant snatched her gold chain.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the informant. He has falsely been implicated in this case. He has neither demanded any dowry nor tortured the informant as alleged. Allegation of assault and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25534 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 snatching of gold chain has been made to make the case graver. Interim maintenance of Rs. 7,000/- is allowed to the informant. Informant is in habit to lodge frivolous case against the petitioner. Informant had earlier filed a case relating to dowry. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 392 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
